Flowercrown-prince word count: 1169 GH0STGUITAR word count: 1382 Dark: Darkfrost ambled across the dirt floor of the medicine cats den, eyes combing over the various herbs and plants stored throughout it. As far as he could tell, everything seemed to be in stock- comfrey, cobwebs, burdock, all of it in its right place. ... Not that Darkfrost was too concerned about everything being in its proper place, he tended to have a rather messy workspace anyways. Satisfied with this, the tom sat back with content, grooming himself briefly before stretching. If everything was in its right place, it would be easier to count how much they had, and what they needed. Facing the herb storage, he set to work, his tail thumping against the ground occasionally as he worked. Morning: Morningstar had been meaning to talk to the tom for awhile now, but always failed to succeed in doing so. He'd refused to let her stay with him in the Medicine cat's den for the time being. There was barely enough space for him, let alone another cat until he found time to renovate the inside of the den to expand. He didn't mind the apprentice's company, he just also preferred to be without it. "Hawkpaw... right?" He asked, his eyebrows furrowing to try and remember the name. "Forgive me now because I'm horrible with names. it will take some time." Hawk: The young apprentice trotted over to the medicine cat, her tail high in the air. She had a small bounce in her step, oblivious to Poppyplume's grizzled expression. Hawkpaw had just recently been chosen to be the medicine apprentice, and was quite eager to meet Poppyplume in full. She slowed to a stop in front of him. "Yep! That's me!" Hawk giggled a bit, nodding as he spoke. "It's okay!
